Accident Repair

Caffyns Accident Management service will look after you and your vehicle in the unfortunate event of a road traffic accident.

If you have the misfortune to be involved in an accident, all you have to do is call our designated telephone number - after you have alerted the relevent emergency authorities - and our Accident Management team will cater for all your post-accident needs:

• If your vehicle is deemed not roadworthy then we will recover it from anywhere in mainland UK and return it to one of our accident repair centres
• We will contact your insurance company and advise them that we are your repairer
• We will work out estimates; obtain insurance company authorisation and handle all aspects of your claim for you
• Then your car will be expertly repaired by our fully-trained craftsmen in our fully-equipped workshop

If the accident was not your fault:

• We can also organise for you to hire a car of at least the same model and specification as yours (free of charge - as the costs will be recovered from the fault party). We will also handle the recovery of any uninsured losses such as a policy excess.

We can't promise that an accident won't happen, but if one does we'll be here to make sure you and your vehicle are looked after with the care and attention you deserve, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
